This Session will focus on creating and using forms. We begin the Session with readings about the form object, Multiple Page Forms, and Custom Forms. With this information in hand, we will work through the Tutorial's Chapter on forms, building some custom forms and a set of data and dialog forms for use in the Tutorial Application.

In the Hands-on Project, we will build another set of forms for use with the Pet Clinic application. You will see that some of the custom forms are going to be reused. And we will reuse the custom controls from Session Four. The forms create for the Hands-on Project will use a notebook control so that you can learn how to use it and how to design with it.
